- Do you provide free quotes?
- Yes. Every quote is free. Send through your property details and photos and we'll assess the job and come back with a price.
- Do you offer recurring maintenance?
- Yes. One-off and recurring maintenance options are available — weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
- Do you service residential properties?
- Yes.
- Do you service commercial and strata properties?
- Enquiries are welcome for residential, commercial and strata maintenance.
- Do you remove trees?
- FPS currently focuses on property and garden maintenance. We do not offer large tree-removal services.
- Can I send photos for a quote?
- Yes — please upload multiple photos through the quote form. The more we can see, the more accurate the quote.
- Do you offer packages or set prices?
- No. FPS does not offer packages or preset prices. Every job is individually assessed and quoted on the complete scope of work required, so you are never over- or under-charged for a generic package.
- How is my quote calculated?
- We look at property size, condition, labour required, difficulty, materials, equipment, travel and disposal. Labour is calculated internally at $100 per hour, but you are quoted a single price for the complete job rather than billed on an advertised hourly rate.
- Will you need to visit the property?
- Often photos and a detailed description are enough. Larger or more complex jobs may require an onsite inspection before a final quote is provided.
