Quotes
Quotes are free and provided from the photos and detailed description you send through. Larger or more complex jobs may require an onsite inspection before a final quote is provided.
Pricing
FPS does not offer packages or set prices. Every job is individually assessed and quoted on its complete scope of work — property size, condition, labour, difficulty, materials, equipment, travel and disposal. Internally FPS calculates labour at $100 per hour, but you are always quoted a single price for the complete job rather than being billed on an advertised hourly rate. Your quote is free, and nothing goes ahead until you approve it.
Scheduling
Work is booked on an agreed day. If weather or access prevents the job going ahead, we will contact you to rebook at the earliest available time.
Access & site conditions
Please make sure gates, side access and taps are available on the day, and let us know about pets, locked areas or anything we should avoid.
Services we do not currently offer
FPS focuses on property and garden maintenance. We do not offer large tree removal or tree cutting. Pressure washing is not currently offered as a standard service.
